Roast the anchovies and let it cool. Boil the green tamarind and make a paste. (If you do not get green, you can use lime.) Cut the citron leave. Slice the onion. Bake the fish paste and green chilli. Make a paste of onion, garlic and salt. Mix it all up except onion and citron leave. And then put slice onion, citron leave and serve well.
