Clean the cuttlefish. 

Squeeze a lot of lemon juice and mix it to clean the smell of cuttlefish.  

Then wash again and filter the water. Then make a paste of onion and garlic. 

Add oil to the pan. When the oil boils, add the paste and fry. 

Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt and mix well. 

When it smells good, add the cuttlefish. (If water is not filtered, it will stay in the water for a long time. Squid, shrimp and cuttlefish are a kind of meat that can be eaten in 5 minutes cook.) 

When the curry juices came out, you have a delicious dessert.
