Preparation

First, rinse the fish.

Then add vinegar, salt and turmeric as needed and knead. 

Squeeze the lemon based on fish and let it soak for two hours. It also softens the bones.

Stir onion, ginger and garlic.  

Add enough oil and when the oil is hot, add turmeric powder into the oil. 

Continue to sauté the onion, ginger and garlic. 

Saute until the onion is fragrant. 

Then add the minced fish pieces, roll them a little, add m
ore water and cover.

Also, make sure that the lid is secure.

Cook for more than four hours. 

Squeeze the piece of fish by hand and try to see if the bones are soft.

Add water and boil until the bones are soft.

When the bones are soft, add the tomatoes and condiment and cook until the sauce is smooth.  

Be careful not to overcook the meat unless you stir it gently.
