Ingredients

1) Beef - 15 kyat tha 

2) 1/4 cup oil

3) 5 cloves of garlic

4) Slice 5 onions thinly

5) 3 condiment leaves 

6) some curry leaves

7) 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

8) Chicken broth or 2 cups water

9) 4 teaspoons of sugar

10) 2 onions

11) 1 tablespoon salt (add more if needed)

12)  2 tablespoons tomato puree

13) Mix 2 teaspoons of glue powder with 1 tablespoon of water


 

First, wash the beef thoroughly and boil it.

Then save it. Put oil in a pot and heat it. Add onion and condiment leaves. Stir for a while.

Add curry leaves and turmeric powder and mix well. Stir well. After a while, add the boiled beef and add water or broth.

Add sugar, salt tomato paste and mix well. Then just cook on low heat for 35 minutes.

Then slice the other two onions and fry them in a little oil. When it is a little dry, put it in the pot. Once you have the shape you like, you can serve it.
