Ingredients (8 packs)
1. Rice (Black Sticky Rice) - 4 cups (rice scale)
2. Rakhine Bananas - 5 pieces
3. Banana leaves
4. Sugar
5. Coconut
How to prepare
Soak the black sticky rice in water for about 4 hours. Then strain the water and grind it into a powder. Rinse the banana in water and light it. Then cut to size and oil. When everything is ready, mix ground ginger powder with ripe banana and knead in a bowl. Cut in half and add. Then wrap the prepared bananas in the desired size. When all is said and done, tie it in half and put it in a pot and cook for an hour. When ripe, take it out and cool it. Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
