This method is called IF (Intermittent fasting). 

        IF is a period of time between eating and fasting. IF has 14:10, 16: 8, 18: 6 and 20: 4. 14:10 means not eating for 14 hours and eating within 10 hours. 16: 8 means eating only eight hours a day and not eating for 16 hours. For example, after eating until 3 o'clock today, you do not eat after 3 o'clock and only eat again at 7 o'clock the next morning. 

        After eating, people have energy depending on that food. The longer you do not eat, the more your body seeks energy. When no energy is found, the body converts fat into energy. That way, you can burn fat and lose weight. The longer the fasting period, the more weight you lose. There are many benefits of IF. For example, it has many benefits such as preventing diabetes, rejuvenating and losing weight. 

        One thing to keep in mind is that IF is a healthy lifestyle, people who need to eat on a regular basis, such as people with diabetes, Pregnant women Fasting is not recommended for people under 18 years of age. The last thing to watch out for is not to step on food during the eating period. If you do IF, you will start to see changes after at least two to three weeks.
