1) Thinly slice the konjac egg and mix it with salt. Then let it dry. 

2) And also thinly slice the onion, green chilli and citron leaf.  

3) Then mix with dried konjac egg

4) Peanut flour add as much salt as you need and add a little lemon juice.

5)  Add garlic oil and grind to get a salad.
