Ingredients

1) Water Spinach (You have prepared the leaves)

2) Garlic (sharpened)

3)  Some green chilli

4) Oyster Sauce (1 tablespoon)

5) Salt

Heat the oil. When the oil is hot, add the leaves, garlic, Add all the green chilli. You need to be quick here. Otherwise, the leaves will not be green.  Immediately add oyster Sauce, a pinch of salt and stir for 1 minute before eating. No need to fry for a long time. (Add a little salt as the oyster sauce is slightly sweet and slightly salty.) Fry for about a minute and serve well.
