What is serotonin?

It displays one of the important roles for our body. Serotonin is a chemical nerve cell which acts as a mood stabilizer and it helps our body a lot such as in digesting, sleeping, eating and reducing stress and depression.

There are several ways to boost serotonin. This time, let’s boost serotonin with food. Here are some well-known foods which can increase serotonin in our body.
