Ingredients

1. Meat (chicken, pork, seafood)

5. Mala Xiang Guo Sauce

7. Noodles (You can also use instant noodles)
8. Favorite vegetables
9. Garlic Ginger
10. Soy sauce
11. Sesame oil

Season the meat as you like. Boil noodles, Mala noodles, and the mushrooms first. Remove the noodles from the boiling water and soak them in cold water again. When cool, strain the water. Soak the bean slice in the water. Boil the vegetables and soak them in plain water to prevent discoloration. Fry the egg and seafood. You do not have to be overcooked. Fry the peppers and set them aside. Add garlic and ginger to the oil and fry. Add about one-third of the Mala sauce. Then add the meat and stir for a while. Add the fried meat. Add a little warm water to soften the meat and leave it for a while. When the meat is tender, soak it in water and stir in the bean slice and boiled leaves. When adding noodles, add them last. If you eat it with liquid, add boiling water, bring it to a boil, add a pinch of salt and add mala sauce. Add soy sauce. If not liquid, add a little warm water and wait a while. Finally, stir in the fried peppers. Once placed in a bowl, sprinkle with peanuts and sesame seeds and cover with coriander.
