Ingredients

1) Rice noodle - 15 Kyat Tha

2) Prawn, cuttlefish, squid (Seafood) - 15 kyat Tha

3) A kind of sour sauce that is produced from coconut- 1 tablespoon

4) 1/2 tbs chili

5) 2 tbs boiled bean

6) 1 tbs Fish sauce 

7) 1 onion

8) 5 tbs garlic 

9) Bean sprouts - as you needed

10) 3 tbs oil

11) 1 egg

12) 3 tsp soy sauce  


Clean the seafood thoroughly. Slice the onion. Slice the garlic. Rinse the bean sprouts in water.

Stir in the coconut sauce and half the chillies. When frying, fry in garlic/ red oil. When it is dry and fragrant, add water.

Do not fry the seafood and then add rice noodle. And add fish sauce, soy sauce, chill and sour sauce.

When the noodles are soft, taste them. Add a pinch of salt if needed. Add boiled beans. Finally, cover the bean sprouts and enjoy the delicious Myeik seafood fried rice noodle.
