Ingredients

1) 4 nos. Whole wheat chapati

2) 6 tbsp Chunky Butter Chicken Spread

3) 4 eggs

4) 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

5) 1 tbsp chopped coriander

6) 2 cups Cabbage and Onion Sauteed


Instructions

Saute Cabbage and onion until slightly brown. 

Heat up the chapatis.  

Break the eggs and whisk them nicely. Pour oil on non-stick pan and pour the whisked egg on it. 

When the egg starts to form an omelette, cover it with the chapati (on the pan itself). Flip to make sure the egg and chapati are stuck to each other, and remove from pan.  

Add Chunky Butter Chicken Spread, sauteed onions, cabbage and coriander. Roll it up and serve.
